Nikola will be again examined by doctors on next Tuesday and he will finally know if he can play again. He finds himself now in Montpellier, with his family and he will watch his teammates on TV, fighting for the Champions Trophy.
"As I am not able to play, I asked for a weekend off and the club agreed. So, I take advantage of it and I spend time with my family in Montpellier. And, of course, I watched my brother playing for Montpellier against Istres yesterday evening", says Niko. By the way, Luka scored a goal in Montepellier´s victory (35:20), his first goal for the professional team of the club in this season.
And what about Niko´s elbow injury? Is he feeling better? Nikola: "I wait for the examination´s results on Tuesday and then we will know if I can be on the field again."
